At wolfe, there are no origination fees paid to partners. There are no billable hour requirements necessitating that associates spend countless hours on something that could be done in two with the right tools. We share a goal of delivering the highest quality work in an efficient manner through a team based approach by investing in the technology, the resources and the people who can deliver on that promise. Our project leaders are trained at Harvard Law School in negotiation and attend national and international conferences to stay apprised of best practices in intellectual property, commercial transactions and finance. All of our attorneys, staff and contract lawyers are highly educated, trained and experienced in intellectual property and corporate counsel matters.
