STEVEN D. JAEGER is a member of Wolfe’s Corporate Transactions and Securities practice group as an attorney in Wolfe’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Jaeger’s transactional practice includes facilitating and brokering large scale corporate transactions and outsourcing contracts, and consulting and working collaboratively with various Fortune 500 companies to ensure the highest quality of corporate legal counsel. Jaeger also advises companies to ensure securities law compliance and reporting.
Jaeger also chairs the firm’s Public Finance practice group, where Wolfe continues to provide its clients with value-added services. His practice in the public finance area includes acting as issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
Jaeger currently serves as a City Councilman in the City of Edgewood, Kentucky. He also serves on the Board of Directors for OKI, Regional Council of Governments. He is a member of the Kentucky League of Cities and the Municipal League of Northern Kentucky. Jaeger is also a member of Northern Kentucky Legacy, where he was a member of the Civic Engagement Committee and Co-Chair of the Community Legacy Committee. He also served as a member of Northern Kentucky Legacy’s Steering Committee.
Jaeger received his Bachelor’s Degree in History and an Associate’s Degree in Political Science from Thomas More College and his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Kentucky. He was formerly an associate at O’Hara, Ruberg, Taylor, Sloan and Sergent, one of the premiere law firms in Northern Kentucky.
