Matthew Russotti practices in the firm's new media and corporate law group. Russotti works with contract preparation, review of vendor services agreements, publishing agreements, independent contractor agreements, technology licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other corporate contracts.
Russotti also brings international corporate law experience to the firm, having previously worked for one of the leading Latin American firms, Estudio Beccar Varela. As a foreign associate attorney in their corporate group, he worked on drafting language for international private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate contracts and the organization of businesses. He also has experience in planning for, structuring and negotiating technology and business process outsourcing agreements for both vendors and end users.
Russotti is fluent in both Spanish and English, and has experience drafting memoranda and conducting document review and due diligence in both languages. He has also participated in Foreign Study at both The University of International Business & Economics in Beijing, China and The International Institute of Madrid in Spain.
