Jaeger is the chair of the firm's intellectual property practice group, where she focuses on all aspects of the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, specifically on management of patent and trademark portfolios, patent drafting, accelerated examination of U.S. patent applications, and domestic and international trademark prosecution. She prepares trademark clearance and patentability opinions, and analyzes material relevance of prior art for inclusion on information disclosure statements and freedom-to-operate opinions. Her technical focus is primarily business methods, software systems, optical engineering, communications, e-commerce, chemical and biotechnology.

Jaeger leads the firm in managing its web-based intellectual asset management tool for clients including the University of Cincinnati, The Kroger Co., and Ohio University. She is the current President of the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association (CincyIP) and a member of the International Trademark Association.

Jaeger is also a member of the firm's Public Finance practice group, where Wolfe continues to provide its clients with value-added services in municipal transactions. She serves on the Kenton County Republican Party Executive Committee. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and serves on the Securities Committee for the organization. Additionally, Jaeger is experienced in securities law, including preparing private placement memoranda. Furthermore, she has participated in the preparation of service, license, assignment, royalty and non-disclosure agreements.

After graduating magna cum laude from Georgetown College, Jaeger served as a full-time youth development leader with the University of Kentucky, College of Agriculture. Before entering lae school, she worked as a financial advisor and stock broker with American Express Financial Advisors. Jaeger completed her J.D. cum laude at the Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Chase Intellectual Property Society, and the Northern Kentucky University Skeet and Trap Team, while simultaneously clerking for Wolnitzek & Rowekamp, located in Covington, Kentucky.
