S. Corey Hamilton is a member of Wolfe's Corporate Transactions practice group as an attorney in Wolfe's Cincinnati, Ohio office. Mr. Hamilton's transactional practice includes negotiating large scale corporate transactions and outsourcing contracts, and consulting and working collaboratively with various Fortune 500 companies to ensure the highest quality of corporate legal counsel.
Mr. Hamilton also chairs the firm's Commercial Real Estate practice group, where Wolfe continues to provide its clients with value-added services myriad of commercial and multi-family housing transactions, and Wolfe Title & Trust, the firm's full service in-house title insurance agency underwritten by First American. His practice in the public finance area includes acting as underwriters' counsel for national and regional underwriters. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
Mr. Hamilton received Bachelor's Degrees in Journalism and Business from Indiana University in Bloomington and his law degree from The University of Cincinnati College of Law. He also studied abroad at the London School of Economics and is a graduate of the Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hamilton was with the sales and marketing department of the Cincinnati Bengals. He is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Committee, the OSBA Education and Disability Law Committees, and the Cincinnati Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He recently attend a series of seminars by Professor Ken Adams, the preeminent authority on trends in modern contract drafting.
Mr. Hamilton admitted to practice before the State Court of Ohio, the United States District Court of Ohio (Southern District), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is also a licensed title agent in Ohio and Indiana.
As part of the Wolfe team, Mr. Hamilton always acts with an eye toward value-added services, streamlining processes to improve a company's productivity and profitability.
